This tool is really useful, but it lack of comments, documents, and release notes. The quality of source code could be improved, there's too many spaghetti codes in this project. BTY, if the ECG conversion functionality could be invoke by function call instead of run exe file directly, it could be better.

It doesn't work.The ECTViewer.exe program warnned "Failed to open file." when I open some dcm file.
